Virtual Speculative Office Concepts
The REDC partnered with local land owners to create “virtual speculative office concepts” for many infill sites within Rockwall. Site plans, concept renderings, elevation drawings, cost estimates, and potential construction schedules were created to inspire potential office development in the community. The virtual concepts were completed in 2021.
While each site is different, all benefit from nearby retail and restaurant amenities, as well as access to Interstate 30. Many sites have a potential view of the beautiful Lake Ray Hubbard.
The REDC has relationships with many developers in DFW that can structure a build-to-suit that can transform these concepts into a reality. And for the right project and/or end user, the REDC may consider providing financial incentives.
