While the Dallas suburbs of Plano and Frisco have been getting most of the attention lately, they aren’t the only towns surrounding the Metroplex making news. Rockwall has been quietly seeing its share of corporate expansions and relocations, as well.

Most recently, national tax consultant firm KE Andrews announced it is more than doubling its corporate office with a new build-to-suit office.
The company purchased a 10-acre site overlooking Lake Ray Hubbard and will begin construction on the four-story, 80,000-square-foot office in the fourth quarter of 2019, the firm said in the announcement. In all, 125 employees will be moving from nearby Rowlett into the new building in 2020. The company anticipates initially taking 50,000 square feet of space with the additional space slated for future growth.
