ROCKWALL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION ANNOUNCES RELOCATION OF MILESTONE ELECTRIC, A/C, & PLUMBING HEADQUARTERS
ROCKWALL, Texas – The Rockwall Economic Development Corporation (“REDC”) has successfully recruited Mpact Home Services Company (“Mpact”), the parent company of Milestone Electric, A/C, & Plumbing (“Milestone”), to relocate its corporate headquarters in Rockwall. The relocation project consolidates the administrative and operation teams for Milestone and several of its prominent affiliates, such as Hank’s Handyman Services, and Firehouse Roofing, among others. It involves the consolidation of approximately 175 administrative and operations employees from multiple locations across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex into a single, centralized headquarters.

Mpact has negotiated the purchase of a 29,500 SF facility in the Rockwall Technology Park, formerly inhabited by L3Harris Comcept division. The project anticipates the creation of more than 250 high-quality jobs, providing strong employment opportunities for Rockwall residents. Additionally, the project is expected to generate approximately $44M in combined taxable activity.

The relocation was facilitated through collaboration between Mpact leadership, REDC staff, and the property owner. The new headquarters will enable stronger operational alignment across all of Mpact’s affiliated companies while positioning the organization for continued growth throughout North Texas and beyond.
