Debbie Leeuw
Debbie joined the Rockwall EDC in January 2025, bringing a well-rounded background in customer service, management, and bookkeeping to the REDC team. With nearly 15 years of experience managing Texas Art Gallery – a respected fine art gallery specializing in Western art – she developed a strong foundation in business operations and client relations. In 2009, she launched her own private art brokerage, which she successfully ran until 2023.
Originally from Indiana, Debbie has lived in six different states before settling in Texas, which she now proudly calls home. She attended Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA, and Texas Woman’s University in Denton, TX, before deciding to pursue a full-time professional career.
Outside of work, Debbie enjoys traveling, reading, and spending quality time with family and friends. She is a devoted aunt to eight nieces and nephews, eight great-nieces and nephews, and deeply values her close-knit family connections and the joy they bring to her life.
