REDC Acquires Land for Office Sites

The REDC recently acquired two 10+ acre in-fill office sites that have strong access to Interstate 30 and views of Lake Ray Hubbard. Our goal is to find office developers and tenants that want to tap into Rockwall’s working population that is generally highly educated and endures lengthy commutes.  49.3% of residents in Rockwall have a Bachelor’s degree or higher. 90% of Rockwall’s residents leave the community for work.
