REDC Acquires Land for Office Sites

The REDC recently, acquired and is in the process of developing, two 10+ acre in-fill office sites that have strong access to Interstate 30 and views of Lake Ray Hubbard. Our goal is to find office developers and tenants that want to tap into Rockwall’s working population that is generally highly educated (51.6% of residents in Rockwall have a Bachelor’s degree or higher) and endures lengthy commutes.  Approximately 90% of Rockwall’s working population residents leave the community for work.
